Chateau St Hilarion is a boutique winery based in the Village of Gećitköy to the west of Lapta in North Cyprus.  Established in 2000, the first commercial vintage was produced in 2004, and since then the wines have gone from strength to strength. Today, there are two ranges of wines, Chateau St Hilarion, the domaine wine produced from grapes grown in our vineyards at Gećitköy and Güzelyurt, and the Levant produced from grapes purchased from local farmers.

Wines are available in many of the top restaurants and hotels in North Cyprus and also through our authorised distributors. We also are undertaking research into the viability of various new grape varieties to the island. Quality, style, value and pure drinkability are at the heart of our ethos.
